An elderly Italian wife has died as she was cleaning her husband's grave.
Antonietta Testa, 75, was cleaning the tomb when the marble broke, causing her to fall to the bottom of the grave, a drop of 12 feet.
The retiree managed to initially survive the fall, RaiNews 24 reported.
Emergency services rushed to the cemetery and were able to lift the woman from her husband's grave on a stretcher.
She was rushed to hospital suffering from a broken thigh bone.
However, when Mrs. Testa got to the hospital she went into a state of shock and suffered a heart attack. She died in the hospital.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
