A three-year-old girl was stabbed in the head and killed inside a Brooklyn apartment early Friday, police sources said.
A woman, described as emotionally disturbed, is believed to have attacked the child in a building on Putnam Ave., in Bedford-Styvesant, at about 4.10 a.m.
