Coalinga woman suspected of animal cruelty

Officers found 13 malnourished dogs and six dead dogs on the property. One was tranquilized after it tried to attack an officer, Milligan said.

There was no food on the property. The dogs were taken to the Coalinga animal shelter.

The owner of the property was arrested on suspicion of six counts of felony animal cruelty, Milligan said.
