MILFORD, Conn. (CT Post) - A Stratford man was sentenced to 35 years in prison Thursday for a 2010 robbery and sexual assault that police and court officials said was among the most vicious they've seen.
Justin Bonner, now 26, had pleaded guilty to forcing a female clerk who was working the overnight shift on June 1, 2010, out of the Cumberland Farms store on River Road in Shelton, locking her in the trunk of his car, beating her with a bag of filled soda cans and sexually assaulting her. The 35-year sentenced was agreed to by the defendant and State's Attorney Kevin Lawlor, and approved by Judge Richard Arnold in Superior Court.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
