Mother-of-two died of carbon monoxide poisoning after pulling barbecue into tent to keep warm

A mother-of-two died from carbon monoxide poisoning after a smouldering charcoal barbecue was pulled into her family's tent overnight for warmth.

Tracy Screen, 34, had cooked a meal for her husband and two children on the barbecue and afterwards it had been dragged inside a central area of the tent.

But the family, who were on a camping holiday in Gyrn Goch, Caernarfon, North Wales, in August last year, were overcome by the suffocating carbon monoxide fumes from the smouldering coals.
