(01-23) 16:55 PST SAN JOSE -- A kidnapping suspect shot and killed by a San Jose police SWAT team sexually assaulted the 11-year-old girl he abducted and was armed with a knife and a gun that fired blanks, authorities said today.
The alleged kidnapper, 42-year-old Tri Truong Le of San Jose, was shot dead at his apartment on the 3400 block of Pistachio Drive in San Jose about 12:15 p.m. Friday.
