Norwalk, Conn. (WTNH) - Police arrested a Norwalk father Friday night and and charged him in the death of his 3-month-old baby girl.
An autopsy ruled 3-month-old Hailey Pamela Smith's death a homicide. Results show she died from blunt head trama. She had skull fractures that police say were brought on by her father, 28-year-old Justin Smith.
