A jilted teenager faces up to 41 years in jail for allegedly attacking a love rival with a samurai sword.
Robert Markwardt, 18, used the fearsome weapon after finding his girlfriend in bed with another teenager.
His victim, 19-year-old Jordan Lass, suffered deep gashes to his arm where he had tried to protect himself from being slashed with the ornamental sword.
