A partially sighted father-of-two was stabbed to death after a row broke out at a late-night house party.
Neighbours reported hearing 'banging and screaming' shortly before the incident in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
The victim has been named as 36-year-old Graham Snowden, known as Snowy, who had two young daughters.
He was left partially blind and has to walk with a stick following a road accident a few years ago.
