Stamford, Conn. (WTNH) - A Stamford man is set to appear in court today after he killed his mother before trying to commit suicide.
Police say 60-year-old Anthony Fiordelisi drugged his mother, 86-year-old Marion Fiordelisi, with Ativan, a high-potency prescription drug to treat anxiety, before slitting her right wrist. Police found her dead in her bed.
