Two people are dead and one is injured after an apparent murder-suicide early Wednesday in Mundelein.
Alina S. Rybinkova, 22, was found dead about 1:30 a.m. in a garage at 1397 Newport Street, and 44-year-old Gennadiy Plaksa of Palatine was found dead in his car about 300 feet away. Plaksa died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.
