A 16-year-old boy, his 8-year-old sister and an adult man were the victims of a suspected murder suicide at a Californian motel, according to police. Detectives are investigating whether the 39-year-old man, who was found with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, is the children’s father. All three victims were found with a single gunshot wound to the head. The children were on the bed while the man was lying on the floor.
