Insecurity breeds treachery: if you are kind to people who hate themselves, they will hate you as well. It does no good to try to help them because they never really change no matter how long they stay in therapy... Insecure people are dangerous and it is best to stay away from them... only a misanthrope can avoid being exsanguinated by their emotional demands.
