A pregnant woman, killed in a botched robbery in North Carolina earlier this year, was stabbed nearly two dozen times — with the fatal cuts concentrated in her neck and chest, a newly released autopsy report reveals. Danielle Watson, 25, who was two months pregnant, was killed Jan. 13 during her shift managing the Flying Biscuit cafe in Charlotte. Watson’s body was found behind a Dumpster, and police connected the crime to her co-worker, Mark Anthony Cox, a 22-year-old convicted felon.
