CORNWALL, Ont. — Highway 401 was closed own for about 10 hours after a triple fatal collision early Monday, in which a two-month-old baby from Quebec was one of the victims. Both eastbound and westbound lanes were opened after 11:30 a.m., having been closed after the 1 a.m. crash. A tractor-trailer and a van collided west of Iroquois, Ont., police say, causing a fire in the eastbound lanes of the highway. Both cars ended up in the south ditch. Three of the brown Chevy van’s occupants died in the collision. Ontario Provincial Police have identified them as two-month-old Moriah Gloria Warren, Elissa Ried, 22, and Sheila McGlashen, 78.
