VERNON, Conn. (AP) — A Massachusetts man has been charged with attempted kidnapping and attempted carjacking after police say he was thrown off a bus for creating a disturbance. The Hartford Courant reports that police say William C. Palma of Malden, Mass., acted irrationally and claimed to be "tested by Lucifer to find his way home."
