A woman in her 20s was killed this morning when a window frame crashed onto her after being blown over in high winds in front of horrified pedestrians. A heavy four-metre high window frame that had been propped up against a wall fell on top of her as she passed by Hanover Square, just off Oxford Street in central London. The accident happened at about 11.30am as workmen were installing windows at a new multi-million pound six-storey office block.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
