A man has been jailed for 14 years for repeatedly raping a young brother and sister in a campaign of abuse that began 30 years ago. Michael McNeill, 56, from Greenock, was convicted of raping the girl between 1982 and 1989. The abuse started when she was just three years old. He was also convicted of raping her brother between 1981 and 1989. The abuse began when the boy was three.
