At first glance they just seemed to be playing. But within seconds what looked like a bit of harmless rough and tumble between two tigers turned deadly after one clamped his jaws around the other one's throat. Phone camera footage shot by a shocked family at Metro-Richmond Zoo in Virginia, captured the chilling moment when male Bengal tiger Kumba turned on a female called McCoy after she had given him a gentle pat with her paw.
