Too bad, so sad, bye bye...
A Maine man was killed in a tragic accident when he was shot by a fellow hunter who authorities say was aiming at the same deer as him. Forty-nine-year-old Gerrard Parent died Tuesday afternoon after a stray bullet fired from the rifle of 41-year-old Christopher Austin struck him in the throat. Preliminary investigations revealed that the two hunters, who had been traveling separately, were shooting at the same deer at the time of the accident.
