A Colombian truck driver with HIV allegedly raped and infected more than 50 women across the country after going on an 'uncontrollable' rampage. Libardo Rojas Duenas, 57, is said to have completely ignored state-issued medical advice after being diagnosed with the deadly virus in 2006. Police say he raped a 16-year-old girl in the city of Cúcuta the following year. The teen soon discovered she had contracted the sexually transmitted disease. Duenas then used his job to crisscross the country, which ensured he evaded capture from the police. It also allowed him to attack his victims. The trucker is also alleged to have had consensual sex with other women. But he didn’t use protection, putting them at risk of acquiring the virus.
