A group of armed men shot a man dead and injured 11 others who were celebrating a girl's 15th birthday in a dance hall in Mexico. Family and friends were enjoying the 'Quinceanera' - a traditional Latin American celebration like an American sweet-16 - in Monterrey on Saturday when it was interrupted by gunfire around midnight.
