As the world mourns the tragic loss of 20 children who were shot to death in a Connecticut elementary school, yet another child has fallen victim to a bullet wound. Three-year-old Ryder Rozier is dead after accidentally shooting himself in the head with a handgun belonging to his uncle, Oklahoma state trooper Ian Rozier. The blonde, blue-eyed toddler found the loaded handgun in his uncle's bedroom around noon Saturday while he was visiting the Rozier home for the weekend. The boy was pronounced dead on the scene.
