A Harlem man who believed his grandmother and sister had put him under a voodoo spell viciously beat them with an artificial elephant tusk Wednesday before injuring six cops sent to subdue him. Dominick Anderson, 27, went on a wild rampage in his family’s Harlem apartment just two days after discovering a makeshift shrine in his sister’s bedroom closet that contained a doll and a photo of him, his mother said.
