Haldimand OPP say Amanda Fleming, 28, was driving a white 2004 Chev SUV northbound on the Highway 6 bypass on Friday afternoon when it crossed into the southbound lane, striking a transport truck. Fleming was ejected from her vehicle and died at the scene. Her three-year-old son, Denver Sherk, was transported to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
