A Texas man died when the trash compactor of a sanitation truck crushed him Wednesday morning. The sudden and tragic occurrence will make for a truly sad holiday season “without his presence and smile,” a friend said. Chad Adams, 41, fell asleep in a trash bin in Fort Worth, Texas, where he was seeking warmth Tuesday night, reported local outlet NBCDFW. The sanitation truck dropped Adams along with the bin’s other contents into the compactor the following morning. The driver engaged the machinery that fatally cracked Adams’ pelvis. The sanitation worker reportedly stopped when he heard Adams screaming, Officer Sharron Neal told The Associated Press.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
