One man was killed and another injured when a portion of a parking garage collapsed at a Maryland mall on Thursday.
The incident occurred just before 2pm at the Westfield Montgomery Mall when a 'key section' of the parking deck collapsed.
The parking deck was under construction at the time of the accident, and it is not clear whether or not those injured were construction workers or members of the public.
