EL PASO - A grandmother accidentally ran over and killed her 2-year-old granddaughter in Tornillo Tuesday, said Deputy Jesse Tovar, spokesman for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office,
The woman, whose identity has not been released, was in a black SUV when she reversed and ran over the child in the 19000 block of Tornillo Ave.
