A row between two elderly women at a care home ended in tragedy when one killed the other with a single punch.
Both women suffered from severe dementia.
Helen Noreen Patrick, 89, who was 4ft 9in tall, weighed less than seven stone, and used a walking frame, died from a single blow to the chest.
A coroner ruled she was unlawfully killed, but no charges will be brought against Dorothy Hodgetts, 83, because she did not have the 'capacity to form any criminal intent'.
