VANCOUVER - Conservation officers in Kamloops have reportedly euthanized a black bear responsible for feeding on the corpse of a convicted killer.
The dismembered and partially consumed remains of 53-year-old Rory Nelson Wagner of Kamloops, B.C., were found last Wednesday on a remote logging road between Merritt and Kamloops.
