An Oklahoma man accused of murdering the ex-boyfriend of his girlfriend and then dismembering the corpse has been refused bail. A Garvin County judge denied bond Tuesday for Justin Hammer, who is charged with first-degree murder in the August 7 death of Brandon Duran. Hammer has pleaded not guilty and claims he was acting in self defence when he used a shotgun to shoot Duran in the face.
