An Arizona mom has been arrested for allegedly killing her two young children. Police say 25-year-old Perla Morales shot dead her 17-month-old son, Richard Rosovich Jr., and four-year-old daughter, Emma Rosovich, on Saturday night. She then turned the gun on herself but her injuries were not life-threatening.
