A mother has admitted killing her five-year-old son by putting methadone in his cordial. A court previously was told Lisa Ann Collard, 45, put methadone in a bottle of green cordial and gave it to her son at her home at Modbury Heights in Adelaide in June last year. It heard she was trying to treat his cold.
