Bodies of 17 naked man found mutilated with chains wrapped round their necks as Mexico's drug war claims yet more victims

The dismembered bodies of 17 men have been found on a farm in central Mexico on Sunday in what police believe was a targeted drug killing. Jalisco state prosecutor Tomas Coronado Olmos said the bodies were dumped by a highway in the town of Tizapan el Alto near the border between Jalisco and Michoacan states. Michoacan is known as the home to the notorious La Familia cartel and its offshoot, The Knights Templar, which have been mired in a bloody struggle for control of the area.
