Naked, bloody man gnaws on woman's head while screaming like an animal in terrifying rampage

A 20-year-old Pennsylvania man, found naked and bleeding profusely, is facing assault charges after allegedly gnawing on the head of a woman during a zombie-like attack akin to the 'Miami Cannibal' who was shot and killed in May. State police used a stun gun on Richard Cimino Jr. early Friday after two women reported he was 'screaming like an animal' and 'began to gnaw' on one of their heads. The women managed to escape without serious injuries and called police.
