A man was shot dead by police at a Salt Lake City train station on Thursday after threatening to detonate a bomb. Clutching his red explosives-laced backpack, Anthony Mayhew began making threats, saying he was wired to the potentially lethal device. 'He was just screaming and yelling and ranting and raving about how unfair life was and he was going to have to go to prison,' said Mark Browarsky, who saw Mayhew at the Gallivan Centre Trax station. 'He just seemed very despondent, very dissatisfied with his circumstances.' Suspicious wires trailed from Mayhew's bag to his person, a switch clutched in his hand, and he maintained his frightening claims as police arrived on the scene.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
