CULVER CITY, Calif. (KTLA) -- Police are searching for clues after a man's decapitated body was discovered near the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Culver City. The body, which was described as a white male in his 40's, was found just before 3 p.m. Monday afternoon. Police tell KTLA News, a security guard found the remains in a parking structure of the facility, located on Washington Boulevard.
