TOKYO — Police on Monday said that the body of a man who had been stabbed over 20 times in the face and head was found Sunday in a house in Tokyo’s Sumida Ward. The man, who has been named as 58-year-old Toshiaki Okubo, was discovered at his home at around 1:30 p.m. by a relative, TV Asahi reported. Police said he appeared to have been dead for three days.
