FUKUOKA —
Police said Friday they have arrested a 55-year-old woman in connection with the murder of her mother in Fukuchi, Fukuoka Prefecture.
According to police, 78-year-old Kyoko Sera was hit on the head with a vase at her home before being taken to her car and burned alive at around 5 p.m. on Feb 5. TBS quoted police as saying that during questioning, the victim’s daughter, 55-year-old Mayumi Fujimura, gave an incomplete account of her whereabouts at the time of the incident. Investigators
also noted that the victim’s daughter had scratches on her hands.
Police say a search of her property was carried out as a result. Following the search, Fujimura attempted suicide on Wednesday and was taken to hospital for treatment. Doctors say her condition is not life-threatening.
According to police, Fujimura later confessed to the murder, telling investigators, “I had an argument with my mother. I wanted her to die, so I set fire to her.”

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
