Family of three and their dog die in caravan from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning

A middle-aged woman and her elderly parents have died of suspected carbon monoxide poisoning at a caravan park. The bodies of the family, named locally as Alfred and Audrey Cook and their daughter Maureen, were discovered by firefighters who had been called to the static caravan by the couple's worried carer who had been unable to reach them. When rescue workers broke down the door of the caravan near Camborne, Cornwall, after failing to get any kind of response from the occupants, they found the three bodies, and that of the family dog.
