Suspected murderer leaves cryptic poem near the scene of the crime in Japan

Japanese police are searching for a 63-year-old man suspected of killing five people and burning their homes to the ground in a remote mountain village. The suspect left an ominous haiku hanging in his window next to one of the scorched houses:
 "Setting on fire, smoke gives delight, to country fellows."

The primary suspect is one of only 16 inhabitants in the small village.
