A 57-year-old man was found dead with his throat slashed and his head bashed at a Brooklyn apartment early Tuesday, police sources said.
Cops found the body of Mahuddin Mahumd in a basement flat on McDonald Ave. near Avenue C in Kensington about 12:25 a.m. after responding to a call of an assault in progress.
