An Oakland teen accused of gunning down his 17-year-old sister during a fight over laundry has turned himself in after nearly a week on the lam.
Mario Toliver Jr., 14, allegedly gunned down Justice Toliver in their apartment in Oakland’s Chinatown around noon Thursday after she mistakenly bleached his clothes.
