An unidentified 15-year-old boy has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Hope Alexandria Fair, whom police say he has confessed to shooting in Fountain Inn on Sunday as he loaded his grandfather’s pistol. ‘I'll lose my daughter forever. They're going to lose their kid for a long time, too,’ says mother Michelle Fair, who believes the killing was unintentional.
