McKINNEY, Texas — A North Texas man has been sentenced to 60 years in prison for abducting and beating a prostitute in an attack in which he carved his nickname on her legs.
A Collin County jury on Friday sentenced 28-year-old Joseph Julian Guerra over the July 2012 attack in Allen. Jurors earlier convicted Guerra of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.
