At least 20 people have been killed and dozens more injured by a suicide bomb attack at a funeral in Afghanistan on Tuesday, officials said. Officials say the suicide bomber was targeting an Afghan government official at the funeral being held in the remote Dur Baba district near the Pakistan border.
