VANCOUVER -- Five people, including two children, were killed in a tragic car crash near the Canada-U.S. border in the Vancouver suburb of Surrey, B.C., late Sunday morning.
According to police, the collision happened when the lone driver of a white Dodge minivan – travelling west on 32nd Avenue at a high rate of speed – ran the red light at the Pacific Highway crossing and T-boned a mid-sized import car heading north on 176th Street.
“It’s a horrific crash,” Surrey RCMP Sgt. Dale Carr said during a phone interview from the crash scene.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
