It doesn't matter what happens; bombings, vulcanos erupting, earthquakes, tsunamis, you name it, people who survive will look for anything to steal at any given oppertunity, no matter how stupid and/or useless the things they steal are. Vermin who couldn't give a shit as long as they take and take and take...
Video footage from the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings appears to show dozens of people stealing merchandise that was meant for runners who finished the race.
In the video, people can be seen swarming cardboard boxes full of merchandise, swiping blue and yellow jackets.
Some people are seen stuffing multiple jackets into bags while others seem more selective, picking up a jacket - perhaps to check the sizing - and then swapping it out for another.
