Stupidity hard at work...
A vicious street fight between a gang of New York schoolgirls was caught on video as a baying mob urged on the violence.
The footage, filmed on a smartphone, is believed to show two pupils from a school in Queens being attacked by several older girls.
The shocking scenes show the girls throwing punches and kicking each other, pulling each others' hair and even wrestling on the ground as the crowd shouts encouragement.
