A 56-year-old New Jersey woman was found beaten to death with a baseball bat only moments after her daughter called police to report that her mother was harassing her.
Ligia Bolanos was described by Hopatcong police as "obviously deceased" after she was discovered Wednesday morning bashed in the head in the hallway of their home. The weapon was found lying next to her.
Police say the victim's daughter, Mirna Bolanos was cooperative when found sitting outside her home around 7 a.m.
